Calculate by Two Grid Locators to Distance

This is a small application for calculating the distance between
two points by GL. We have two options. One is that you can paste
from Packet Cluster as "PM95tp<ES>QM05dx". Two is you can put both
GL1 and GL2 for calculating the distance.
The grid locator engine were wrote by Dave Freese - W1HKJ.
